Getting Myself/My Child Baptized

First Child

If this is your first child to be baptized, you are asked to attend a Baptism Class. Register for the class by calling the Parish Office at (810) 653-2377 or email the Parish Office. If you are not able to attend a class, please contact the Parish Office.

Print this Baptism Form. Fill it out, being sure to answer the questions on the second page. Take it with you to the class.

You may choose one or two Godparents, at least one of them must be a practicing Catholic. Print this Godparent Form. The Godparents need to read about their responsibilities and sign the form. Return the completed form to the Parish Office prior to the baptism.

After you complete the class, you may contact Fr. Andrew, Fr. John, or Deacon Dan by calling the Parish Office to set the date for the baptism.

Second Child, Third Child, etc.

If you have already had a child baptized, you are not required to attend the class again. Contact Fr. Andrew or Deacon Dan by calling the Parish Office at (810) 653-2377 to set the date for the baptism.

Print this short Baptism Form, fill it out and return to the Parish Office at least two weeks prior to the baptism.
