Beverly Carr

CARR, Beverley J. (Webber) – of Grand Blanc, MI, age 90, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2 PM Thursday, June 27, 2024 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 North Dayton Street, Davison, MI 48423; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski celebrant. Interment immediately following the Mass in St. John Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 4-7 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423 and 1-2 PM Thursday, June 27, 2024 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. A Rosary will be prayed 6 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America, in Beverley’s memory.

 

Beverley was born in Flint, MI on January 10, 1934, daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Quast) Webber. On September 19, 1953, Beverley married Clifford Carr and he preceded her in death on October 4, 2005. She was a faithful member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, where she found solace and strength in her faith. Beverley had a zest for life that was evident in her many hobbies. She enjoyed playing games and engaging in various crafts, always finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Dining out at local restaurants was another of her favorite pastimes, where she could often be found enjoying a good meal and the company of friends and family. Her kindness, laughter, and love will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

 

Beverley is survived by 2 sons, Timothy Carr and Steven (Susan) Carr; 5 grandchildren, Erik Carr, Sarah (Malcolm) Belt, Maree (David) Craine, Brian Carr and Samantha (Keith) Weiss; 7 great-grandchildren; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Elizabeth Webber; husband, Clifford Carr; daughter, Bethany Carr and daughter-in-law, Natalie Carr.
